Your data
Privacy Policy.
We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to run our events, and we never sell your data. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Who is responsible
Off Court Collective is responsible for the processing of your personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@offcourtcollective.info.
2. What we collect and why
Ticket bookings: when you book a ticket, we process your name and email address to create your booking, send you your ticket confirmation and contact you about the event. The legal basis is the fulfilment of the contract with you (Art. 6 (1) b GDPR).
Payments: payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We receive your booking and payment status from Stripe, but not your payment details (e.g. card numbers). Stripe processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Partner & discount codes: if you redeem a partner code, we may see which partner or creator the code belongs to so they can receive their community benefits.
Community & partnership forms: when you join the collective or reach out about a partnership, we process the details you submit to get back to you.
Photos and videos: at our events we take photos and videos that we publish on our website and social media channels. Let our crew know on site or send us a message if you prefer not to appear in them.
3. Emails
We send you service emails about your booking and our events (e.g. your ticket confirmation or important event updates). Our emails include an unsubscribe option wherever they are newsletter-style; essential booking emails you'll receive as long as you hold a ticket with us.
4. Processors we use
To run the website, ticketing and emails, we work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider (Stripe) and our email delivery provider. These providers only receive the data necessary for their task.
5. Storage and deletion
We keep your booking data as long as needed to run the event and for legal retention obligations (in particular tax and commercial law), after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time — see section 6.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, simply email us at hello@offcourtcollective.info.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page. The current version always applies to new bookings.
