Off Court Collective organises social racket sports, workout and lifestyle events in Mallorca, Cape Town and Berlin. For questions about these terms, your ticket or an event, contact us at hello@offcourtcollective.info.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment (or, for free events, your completed registration). Prices are shown per ticket including VAT. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we never store your payment details.

Discount and partner codes are only valid for the event and ticket type they were issued for, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.

Your ticket confirmation is sent to the email address you provided at booking. Tickets are personal but may be transferred to another person — just let us know their name and email in advance. Spots are limited per event and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the event and receive a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable — but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else (see section 3). If we have to cancel an event, you will of course receive a full refund.

Events usually take place outdoors and go ahead in light rain. If the venue or weather makes the event impossible, we will offer a new date or a refund.

Our events include physical activity. You take part at your own risk and confirm that your health allows you to participate. You are responsible for warming up, playing within your limits and following the instructions of our coaches and crew. We may refuse participation to anyone who endangers themselves or others, or whose behaviour spoils the experience for other guests.

We love to share the good times. At our events, photos and videos are taken that may appear on our website and social media channels. If you don't want to appear in them, tell our crew on site or send us a message — we'll keep you out of the frame.

Small changes to the programme, coaches, stations or schedule (e.g. due to weather) are possible and don't entitle you to a refund, as long as the overall experience is maintained.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
